The BNFF is hosted by Captures Entertainment, Inc., and emerging full-service motion picture production and film distribution company headquartered in Western New York – just 45 minutes from Toronto – with business development offices in both Western New York and Los Angeles, California.

Captures is a partnership between two strong individuals. Bill Cowell, Chief Executive Officer and Creative Executive, and Crissy Tonsi, Business Development Executive. Together Bill and Crissy bring over 50 years of combined business and entertainment industry experience to the table and the flat screen.
