SHORT - Set in the historic Allentown district of Buffalo, NY. In a wintery world where someone's always watching, the voyeuristic video thriller Apt. 17 follows the lens of a lonely video artist, who captures his work from high above the streets where he shoots his subjects looking out from behind his apartment windows. After recording a series of unwilling victims, the video arist in apartment 17, slowly finds he's not the only one watching, when his work becomes a revolving door into a "Hitchcockian-world," where the threat of violence alsways looms just beyond the camera's view.
