Based on a little-known
folktale, this film is about a baker who
is constantly irritated by his next door
neighbor, who loves to smell his delicious
bread every day she walks by the bakery.
When the baker angrily demands payment one
day for the scents the neighbor has stolen,
she protests and the two have to turn to
an impartial witness for a final verdict.
This
film is a student production that was created
in approximately five months. Story and script,
character designs and sketches, as well as
storyboards and animatics, were all completed
and revised several times before animation
